Prison to Peanuts will once again be in downtown Americus. All rides will start and end at Lenny's Market (110 N. Hampton St.). There will be local BBQ and music at the finish, and we hope that you will stay and enjoy downtown Americus.

The Plains Peanut Festival featuring President Jimmy Carter is one of the highlights of every year in Georgia. There are two opportunities for riders of all levels and skills to join the fun. The Big One starts at the Georgia Veterans State Park and you'll ride your bike 45 miles through beautiful Georgia countryside through Americus and onto historic Plains. Starting at the new Americus Train Depot, ride your bike 14 miles to the historic and exciting Plains Peanut Festival.

Please join us for our annual Fair on the Square bicycle ride honoring the memory of Carter Butts. Route options are 62, 50, and 20 miles. All riders will receive a t-shirt. After the ride BBQ, beer, and after party will be held back at the start of ride, the Old Stewart County Jail.
